Linh Trung Export Processing Zone and Industrial Park III is located

Topographic and geological characteristic
With flat and even terrain, the slope of the land is approximately
0.2% and the altitude of 5.5 m to 7. 5 m. The land of the zone has
quite good bearing capacity, averagely from 1 kg/cm2 to 1.5 kg/cm2.
The soil composition is mainly sandy clay.
Climate
Linh Trung EPZ-IP III is in the South of Vietnam, where has monsoon
tropical climate with two seasons: the rainy (from May to October)
and the dry (from November to April), with temperature at 27oC,
humidity at 78% and annual rainfall at 2083mm averagely.
