INFRASTRUCTURE |

The zone is equipped with infrastructure facilities at international
standard, including:

Power supply: The
priority power supply will be guaranteed by the power company
to the zone from the national power grid.

Water supply: The
water supply is from Ho Chi Minh City Water Plant and from the
underground water source that meets the standard of TC505/BYT
-
Telephone: Sufficient
IDD telephone lines are available for investors.

Waste water treatment plant:
The controlled discharge waste water from EPZ and IP enterprises
will be treated by the Waste Water Treatment Plant to meet the
standard of TCVN5945-1995 before it is discharged into the city's
sewage system.

Road: The internal
road system with asphalt-concrete pavement is designed in accordance
with the standard VN H30.

CHARACTERISTICS
The soil in Linh Trung is 19 - 30 meters above the sea level
with the bearing capacity of 2 kg/cm2 and the natural slope of
0 - 3%.
CLIMATE
The South Vietnam with monsoon tropical climate has two main
seasons: the rainy and the dry. Average temperature is 21-30°C,
average humidity 80%, and average annual rainfall 1997 mm
